Just found out that I can catch a cab to a metro station. Hell yeah. Easy access to the west side.

Much more convenient than constantly trekking around to grand central.

I’m at least used to the 1 train.

Will now avoid watching every newscast about Hurricane Irene.

Shouldn’t be bad by the time it hits here though.

Right. So after spending two days with really awful back pain and this weird rash spreading all over my body, I looked up the FDA’s description of the thing I’m on, and those two side effects are listed as extremely unlikely side effects. LOVELY. My life is awesome.

about 72 hours until this shit is out of my system.

My pleasant little rash is spreading. It’s now on my fingers (worst spot being my left middle finger), inner forearms, tops of my feet, toes, and thighs.

WTF.

If it is the codeine, it should be out of my system in the next few days.

…Life, you’re kind of an asshole right now.

To round it up

i had six fillings done, one root canal, one cap prep, a total of about 16 novicaine shots, taken about 12 ibuprofens, 8 codeine tablets, pierced my ears in the last two weeks.

Now 24 hours after going off the medicine, I have aches all over, so much pain in so many different locations that I actually can’t tell at any given moment what exactly hurts, a rash on my hands and forearms that I’m attributing to either novicaine or codeine, but honestly, it could be any number of things with how much has been going on.

and I fly to seattle on Monday and climb a mountain on Wednesday.

holy crap.

And then off to college.

Wtf.

I’ve stopped taking the codeine and ibuprofen in case they’re what caused the rash.

woof.

And then there were holes in my ears

That wasn’t so bad.
